Kelly Ray Wang, 59, of Carmi, passed away at 9:33 p.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018. He was born in Carson City, MI on July 7, 1958 the son of Keith and Beverly (Porubsky) Wang. He worked construction building houses in Michigan and later worked at Mitchell Drilling.

Kelly loved to fish, deer hunt and build things. Kelly is survived by a son Danny Wang, of Carmi; sisters, Valerie Fox, of Madison, MN, Cindy Hawkins and Doreen Wang, both of Carson City, MI and Kathy Feldpasch, of Lansing, MI; stepchildren, Brandy McGhee, Scott Hoy and James Hoy; grandson, Ayden Wang. He was preceded in death by a brother Kevin Wang.

Funeral services for Kelly Wang, 59, of Carmi, will be held at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Burial will be in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kelly’s memory to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
