Obituary of Kenny Phelps Kenneth “Kenny” Phelps, age 56 passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at McKinney, TX. He was born on November 3, 1961 in Clarksville, TX, the son of Willie and Francis Badgett Phelps. Kenny enjoyed hunting and fishing and playing video games.

He loved spending time with his family. Kenny was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Richardson; his sisters, Linda Spurgeon and Donna Lambert.

Kenny leaves to cherish his memory his son, Cole Phelps of Blossom, TX; daughters, Chelsey Shankles, Brittany Shankles, Crystal Herron, Courtnie Shankles; sister, Charlotte Phelps Boyett and Tony of Avery, TX; brother-in-law, Larry Lambert of Idabel, OK; 10 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
