She is the daughter of Jessie Webb of Bluff City and the late Margaret Barnett Webb. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband; Jeffrey Lynn Perry of the home and a son; Kurtis Wayne Webb of Bluff City, and two grandsons; Dustin Webb and Ethen Webb, a sister; Dusty Spears of North Carolina.
