Fisher, 56, of Milan, IL, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019, at St. Anthony’s Continuing Care Center in Rock Island, IL. Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded. There will be a Celebration of Life held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29th, in the conference room at the Hampton Inn near the Quad City (Moline) Airport.

Memorials may be made to the family. Kevin was born November 2, 1962, in Aledo, IL, son of Dwayne and Bonnie Fisher. On December 14, 1918, in Rock Island, he married Carol Lynn Hendrickson, who survives.

Kevin was a self-employed carpenter, and enjoyed fishing and helping others, and loved spending time with family. In addition to his wife, Carol, survivors include his mother, Bonnie Fisher, his loving mother- and father-in-law, Richard and Carolyn Jacobs, a daughter, Sarah (Eric) Martin of Arizona, three grandchildren, and siblings, Karen, Rose, Jeff, and Greg. He was preceded in death by his father, Dwayne Fisher.
