Kevin Wayne Strother, 54, of Godwin, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019. He was born in Elizabeth, LA, on March 9, 1964, to Betty and the late Shirley Strother. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Lynette Scalise.

Kevin proudly served in the Army, as an Air Defense NCO. After leaving the Army, he worked at Goodyear as a Development Technician. Left to cherish Kevin’s memory is his wife of 32 years, Robbi; son, Aaron (Jillian) Strother of Fayetteville; mother, Betty Strother of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Melanie (Michael) Rosgen of Moscow, ID, Janet Aikens of Pitkin, LA; brother, Randall (Barbara) Strother of Pitkin, LA; and his extended family.

The family will be announcing a celebration of life in the coming days. Kevin will be laid to rest at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at sullivanshighland.com.
