Kimberly Ann (Phillips) Lauffer, 45, of New Alexandria, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018, at home. She was born Nov.

9, 1972, in Latrobe, daughter of Andrew R. Phillips and Mary Ann (Gallagher) Phillips. She was a manicurist, caregiver and stay-at-home cat mom. She was a member of Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church and social member of the Salem Gun Club; she loved her cats and was an artistic person; she loved to draw and color; and she enjoyed shopping.

She was preceded in death by her parernal grandfather, Andrew Phillips; and several aunts and uncles. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 20 years, Howard D. Lauffer III, and all her adorable cats. There will be no public visitation.

Private burial will be in Unity Cemetery, Latrobe. Services are private. FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC.
