Kim Mason Willoughby, 57, of Bowling Green passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. The Bowling Green native was born October 3, 1960 to the late Joe and Martha Ann (VanBibber) Mason. She was a member of Greenwood Park Church of Christ, a 1978 graduate of Bowling Green High School, and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.S., M.A., and Rank I in education.

Kim worked for over 27 years in local school systems educating and counseling children. This was her greatest passion in life. Survivors include her daughters, Keela Burden of Bowling Green and Karla Hamilton (Mason) of Alvaton; grand-daughter, Kirbee Jo Hamilton; sister, Brenda Canary (Mike) of League City, Texas; brothers, Darrel Mason (Lucy) and Brent Mason (Sue) both of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel with visitation from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday and 9 until 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
