Catherine Marie “Kit” Saulter, 48, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 04, 2019 in Kerrville. She was born on July 15, 1970 in Morgan City, Louisiana to Jim and Boots Saulter.

Kit was the valedictorian of Harper High School, Class of 1988. She graduated with honors and numerous awards. Kit worked as a contract bookkeeper for businesses in San Antonio and resided in Floresville since 2004.

Kit will be remembered as a loving and kind person that never met a stranger. She also loved animals as much as she did people. In her past time, she enjoyed horseback riding.

She is survived by her parents, Jim and Boots Saulter of Harper; uncle Johnie Lee Pennington; cousin, Robert Pennington and family; and her gentleman friend, Henry Sanchez. Kit will be missed by many other family members and dear friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kit’s memory can be made to the Harper Library or the Harper Volunteer Fire Dept.
