Larry Schrader, age 73, lost his battle with cancer on Saturday, January 26, 2019. He was born on February 26, 1945 in Wyandotte to the late Jerome and Genevieve Schrader. On March 18, 1963, Larry went into the United States Airforce for 2 years.

Larry married Dawn Black on December 31, 1970. He worked as an electrician at Chrysler for 27 years. Larry was an avid golfer, bowler, he never lost a game of pool, and loved to go camping.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Dawn; son, Jerome Schrader; granddaughters, Julianna Rose and Penelope Winter; sisters, Jackie Anderson, Jean (Jack) Brettschneider, and Linda (Rodney) Austin, as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements with Young Funeral Home, China Twp. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
