Larry Van Buskirk July 31, 1936 – January 19, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries Larry Van Buskirk 82, Brownsburg, passed away Jan. 19, 2019. He was a graduate of General Motors Institute and received Mechanical Engineering Degree.

Larry retired from GM Allison. He also served in the US Army Reserves for six years. He was an active member of Kingsway Christian Church for 46 years.

He was preceded in death by his brother Bernie and daughter Denise Waymire. Survivors include his wife of 61 years Nancy Van Buskirk; son Craig Van Buskirk; grandchildren Keith (Kiffiny) Sisk, Lauren Sisk and Matthew Van Buskirk; great grandchildren Kyla, Kyndal, Kaydra, and twins Avett and Indee. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2pm Friday Jan.

25 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 2pm. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association at www.
