Laura Beaubien of Redmond, Oregon, passed away on to more life September 7, 2018 at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Pontiac, Michigan to Arnold and Bernice (Kimball) Denison, attending schools in Pontiac and Michigan State College. Laura married Harold Eugene Beaubien on April 12, 1952 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Pontiac.

Together they owned and operated a dair farm in Cohoctah, Michigan later moving to Farmington. In 1972 they moved with their six children to Drewsey, Oregon where they owned and operated a large cattle ranch. They then moved to Klamath Falls where they continued in agriculture, raising hay, grain, and cattle.

In 1994 they retired to Payson, Arizona before returning to Oregon in 1998 where they resided in Redmond, culminating in over 60 years of marriage, prior to Harold’s passing. Through the years, Laura’s strong faith and devotion to family guided her through life’s challenges and many joys. In 2013 she was voted the Stormy Kromer Living Legend, a worldwide honor, recognizing her numerous lifetime achievements.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Harold, her brother Arnold Leslie Denison Jr, two grandsons, Jonathan Collins and Jesse Daggett, and great granddaugher Kaylionnah Beaubien. She is survived by her 6 children, Robert Beaubien, Greg (Shirley) Beaubien, Laurie (Jack) Collins, Dan (Carol) Beaubien, Lindy (Kraig) Walsh, Michael Beaubien, 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Arrangements are by Autumn Funerals.

There will be a Rosary on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Redmond, followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. The family wishes to thank Partners in Care and all who offered their care and support during this time.
