Leola Mae “Lee” Williams, age 87, formerly of Cassville, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at Crossing Rivers Health Center in Prairie du Chien, WI. She was born on September 20, 1930, in Lancaster, the daughter of Joseph and Hazel Ellen (Rice) Blackbourn. Lee graduated from Lancaster High School in 1949.

On June 6, 1950, she was united in marriage to LeRoy J. “Roy” Williams. They operated Williams Wayside in Ellenboro. They later moved to Hightstown, NJ, where they were both employed… Read More » at Coca-Cola.

After retirement, Lee and Roy moved back to Cassville. Survivors include their daughters: Donna (Dave) Hutchinson and Linda (George) Howay; grandchildren: Barbara, Daniel (Allyson) Hutchison, Jennifer (Brian) Andre, Michele (Alan) Page, Marianne (Joe) Armstrong, Brienna and Christian Howay; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Donald (Bernadette) Williams; a sister-in-law, Delores Williams; nieces: Vicki (Doug) Heilmann and Charlynn (Thomas) Schultz; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, Lee was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; her sister, Marilyn Blietz; nephew, Terry Blietz.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Cassville with Deacon Pat Malanaphy officiating. Burial will be in Hurricane Cemetery, South Lancaster Township. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
