Leona D. Bailey, 71, of Seminole Trail, West Greenwich, RI, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2019 at home. Born on January 23, 1948 in West Warwick, RI, she was the wife of the late William J. Bailey, Sr. and the daughter of the late Leona A. and Gwendolin (Horsfall) Dufour. Leona was an office worker for Concordia Manufacturing, Coventry, RI, for forty-two years.

Leona is survived by three children; Lori L. Bailey, Michelle D. LaPlante and William J. Bailey, Jr., a sister; Gwendolin Langevin, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held prior from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
