Leona Mae Hdorn, November 10, 1924 — April 17, 2018

Obituary for Leona Mae Hagedorn Leona M. Hagedorn, 93, of Cheyenne, died on April 17, 2018 at the Aspen Wind Memory Unit. She was born on November 10, 1924 in Timnath, Colorado to Mary and Bill Seder. Leona graduated from Timnath High School and business school in Denver.

In 1945, she met and married her husband Carl and later started her own oil and gas leasing business. She is survived by her daughters, Carlene Anselmi and Francene Shaffer (Glenn); numerous grandchildren; and great grandchildren. Leona was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three siblings; one granddaughter; and two great granddaughters.

Leona was a fun person to be with and she loved to play games of all kinds, particularly card games. She and Carl also enjoyed traveling, especially on cruise ships. Cremation is under the care of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel, where condolences can be left at www.
