Obituary for Mary Harris Brees Mary Harris Brees, 101, of Pine Bluffs died on April 12, 2018 at Life Care Center of Cheyenne. Mary was born November 23, 1916 in Casper Wyoming to William “Scotty” and Margaret Harris. Mary graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1936.

After attending business school she became a legal secretary and a bookkeeper. She is survived by her daughter, Marylyn (Jim) Darden of Pine Bluffs; two grandchildren, Georgeann (Andy) Wearin of Cheyenne and Jim Matt (Derede) Darden of Pine Bluffs; one sister, Dolores Miller of Las Vegas, NV; five great- grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Balsar and Oliver Brees; two brothers, Philip Harris and William Harris; and one sister, Helen Harris.

Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Her family will hold a memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Crossroads Community Church in Pine Bluffs with Pastor Dan DeBruyn officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Cheyenne.
