Obituary for Mearl I. Binning Mearl I. Binning, 97, passed away on April 10, 2018 at Pointe Frontier Retirement Community in Cheyenne. Mearl was born April 24, 1921 in Potter, Nebraska. Mearl lived in Cheyenne the past 10 years.

Her prior residence was Pine Bluffs for 69 years where she retired from Laramie County School District #2 as a cook after 27 years. Mearl is survived by her two children, Bob Lewis of Cheyenne and Becky Lewis of Denver, CO; three granddaughters, Sheri (Mike) Willard, Gretchen (Nick) Blair and Shawna (Rubben) Hehi; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leland Lewis; her second husband, Charles Binning; five brothers; four sisters; and her parents, Ben and Maud (McFall) Couch.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pine Bluffs Cemetery with a memory service to follow at Crossroads Community Church in Pine Bluffs at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Dan DeBruyn officiating. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
