Obituary for Chester Ivory Sims Chester Ivory Sims, 64, of Cheyenne died on April 17, 2018 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Cheyenne. He was born on January 4, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Sims retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant.

He was a member of the VFW and loved to cook. He is survived by his wife, Marisa Sims; a sister, Kathy Sims; several half brothers and sisters; a niece, Dana Abbott (Scott); and a great nephew, Justin Abbott. Private family burial services will take place at Beth El Cemetery.
