OBITUARY Leroy Lee, Sr. April 10, 1923 – September 13, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Mr. Leroy L. Lee, SR, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, at University Health, with his devoted wife, Brenda at his side. Visitation will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home at 5:00 PM, Saturday, September 15, 2018, with a Rosary starting at 7:45 PM, with Father Rothell Price presiding. Funeral services will occur the following day, Sunday, September 16, also at Hill Crest Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, with Rev.

Mike Wilkes officiating. Interment will immediately follow within the Hill Crest Memorial Cemetery. Leroy was born on April 10, 1923 unto Cyrus C. & Avis Allen Lee, in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Mr. Lee was one of our proud veterans, displaying his bravery and patriotism by participating in the European theater, flying missions fighting the German Reich, over Germany, during World War II, while serving with the United States Air Force. Leroy, could cut-a-rug, and jitterbug ! He loved dancing.

his entire life and could often be spotted, with Brenda, on the Dance Floor down at the V.F.W. Hall, almost each and every Saturday Night. You could also count on him offering you a stick of his favorite chewing gum: Wrigley’s Doublemint, or spotted in the drive-through at Wendy’s ordering up a Frosty. Of course what he loved the most, was his beautiful family and friends.

Preceding Mr. Lee in death were his Parents, Cyrus and Avis Lee and his son Joseph Marsh. Left to cherish his memory include, his devoted wife of thirty-five years, Brenda Ebarb Lee; three daughters: Kaylon Goodwill of Haughton, Mistie Nail, of Cotton Valley, Shannon Johnston (David), of Shongaloo; daughters-in-law, Nisa Marsh of Minden, Diane Marsh of Baton Rouge; two sons: Leroy Lee, JR, of Minden, and Ronnie Marsh (Lari), of Haynesville; fourteen grandchildren: Terry Widmer, Marlene Kimball (Ryan), Cody Nail, Chesly & Wesley Johnston, Chase, Colton, Paige, Camren, Lariah, Lila, Matthew, Christian, and Caleb Marsh; three great-grandchildren: NeLee, Rylan, and Joey Kimball. Serving as pallbearers for Mr. Lee are: Leroy Lee, JR.

, Terry Widmer, Cody Nail, Chesly Johnston, Matthew Marsh, and Christian Marsh. FAMILY Brenda Lee, Wife Kaylon Goodwill, Daughter Mistie Nail, Daughter Shannon Johnston & Husband David, Daughter Nisa Marsh, Daughter-in-law Diane Marsh, Daughter-in-law Leroy Lee, Jr., Son Ronnie Marsh & wife Lari, Son Cyrus Lee, Father Avis Lee, Mother Joseph Marsh, Son He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren: Terry Widmer, Marlene Kimball (Ryan), Cody Nail, Chesly & Wesley Johnston, Chase, Colton, Paige, Camren, Lariah, Lila, Matthew, Christian, and Caleb Marsh; three great-grandchildren: NeLee, Rylan, and Joey Kimball.
