Obituary for Leslie George Bennett Troy, NY Leslie George Bennett, 100, died September 1, 2018. Born in Jamaica he served as a pilot in the Royal Air Force during World War II. He later went on to a career as a science teacher.

Leslie enjoyed taking his daily walks reading the bible and was known as a very independent person. He attended church every Saturday at the Joy of Troy Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survived by his niece Shirley Bennett, two great nephews and several great great nieces and nephews.
