Obituary for Lester C. Liles Lester C. Liles of Winter Haven, FL passed away Friday, October 05, 2018. He was 80 years old. A native of Pahokee, FL, born August 21, 1938, Lester moved her over 60 years ago from Polk City.

He was a retired Police Office for Lakeland Police Department, and he was also a Correctional Officer. Lester was a US Marine, and member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He is survived by his loving wife Sandra “Kip” Liles of Winter Haven, his sons: Lester “Buck” Piper of Bonita Springs, FL, and Michael Liles of Panama City, FL; his daughters: Michelle Green of Auburndale, and Misty King of Panama City; his step-son: David Gilliam of Winter Haven; his step-daughter: Shari Gilliam Michaelis of Lakeland; his sister: Leslie Lewis McQuaid of PA; and his step-father: Bob Vielhauer of Zoar, OH.

Lester also leaves behind 18 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, October 12, 2018 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland.
