Obituary for Timothy Evan Lawhorn Timothy Evan Lawhorn of Haines City, Florida passed away on September 30, 2018 at his residence. He was 57. He was born on August 23, 1961 in Atlanta, Georgia and was a life long resident of Haines City.

Tim graduated from Haines City High School in 1979 and did his apprenticeship at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado as a member of the C.I.A.. He had operated and managed several restaurants across Florida until coming home and opening up Lawhorn Corner Cafe in 2002 and in 2007 he began selling his trademark seasoning blends. Tim was a member of NorthRidge Church in Haines City and loved to fish, spend time with his three children and granddaughter.

He is also remembered as being an avid outdoorsman who had a passion for corvettes. He is survived by his mother, Harriett Garrett and her husband, David; father, Keith Lawhorn, Sr.; daughters, Brittney Whidden and her husband, Michael, Kelsey Smith and her husband, Kyle; son, Evan Lawhorn and his wife, Kaylee; granddaughter, Conley Lawhorn; brothers, Keith Lawhorn, Jr., Glenn Lawhorn, Kyle Lawhorn; sisters; Brenda Terry, Barbara Dragone, Michelle Teschner, Denise Bazzi and Angela Garrett. A gathering of famuily and friends will be Friday, October 5, 2018 from 4:00 pm until the celebration of life service at 5:00 pm at NorthRidge Church.

Tim, being an outdoorsman, donated to Captain’s for clean water, who asks for us to help them restore our waters for future generation.
