Lillie Marjorie Brannon, 79, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Born in Park City, Kentucky on November 1, 1939, a daughter to the late Stanley and Florence Brannon. Later she moved to New Albany, IN where she attended Corydon Pike Elementary and New Albany High School.

Upon graduating New Albany High School she enjoyed a successful career in modeling, sales and managing Derby Dinner Playhouse. She was a talented seamstress and an avid gardener and crafter. Marjorie will be missed by her family and many friends.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband of many years, Dr. Charles Sabo; daughter, Jennifer Vissing and siblings, Lanelle Johnson, James Brannon, and Nancy Beavin. She is survived by a daughter, Jan Hunter; step-children, Alex, Brian and Laura Sabo; grandchildren, Sarah and Michael Vissing and step-grandchildren, Daniel, Diana and Marissa and sister, Deborah Brannon. Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, “in St. Matthews” was entrusted with arrangements.
