Bryant David Merrifield, infant, passed away unexpectedly at Kosair Children’s Hospital on January 15, 2019 with his loving family by his side. He was born only one day before, on January 14, 2019 to his waiting parents David Wayne Merrifield Jr. and Lindsay Amber Merrifield. During his brief time, he touched the hearts of all who met him.

The culmination of his parents dreams and hopes, Bryant was the perfect blend of both of them, from his long wispy brown hair to his tiny little toes. Along with his parents, Bryant leaves his grandparents Cindy Bryant, David Merrifield, Sr., and Dana Merrifield; and his aunts Stacie (Kenny) Goodman and Michelle Merrifield. His family would like to express their gratitude for the gentle support and care provided by the staff of Kosair Children’s Hospital NICU and all of Bryant’s medical care providers.

Please join us for a Celebration of Bryant’s Life on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 1-6 pm at the IUEC Local #20, 7711 Buelah Church Road,Louisville, 40228. In keeping with the wishes of David and Lindsay, please direct memorial contributions to Norton Children’s Hospital in honor of Bryant. “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart”.
