Johnston, Debra L., 56, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019. She was born May 23, 1962 to the late Robert and Elaine Powers. She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald; sons, Dondi (Rebecca Lenz) and Ronald Johnston Jr; daughters, Kathleen Carver (Joe), Kimberly Carpenter and Tabitha McCowan (Raymond Ferrell); sisters, Sandy Rizzo (Michael Rax) and Lori Morris; brothers, Roy Powers, Roger Powers (Glenda), Charles Powers (Amy), Emil Cave (Michelle), and Rob Powers (Jade); 9 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funerals & Family Cremation Care, 2114 W. Market Street.
