OBITUARY William Fingar Jr. November 6, 1946 – January 21, 2019 William “Bill” Fingar Jr. Passed away on January 21, 2019. He was born on November 6, 1946, to the late William Sr. and Peal Fingar. Bill graduated from Ahrens High School and worked in finance for most of his life.

He is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Isabella. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Ruth (Grether) Fingar; his son, Chris (Stacy) Fingar; 2 grandchildren, Connor and Katelyn Fingar; and 4 sisters, LaVerne Payne, Charlotte (Jerry) Campbell, Janet (Bob) Murphy, and Kathy (Mitch) Freed. A service to celebrate Bill’s life will be on Friday, January 25, 2019, at 7 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road.

The family will accept guests for visiting before the service from 2-7 pm. Memorial donations can be made in Bill’s honor to Palliative Care of Louisville or the Kentucky Humane Society.
