Obituary for Linda Swain Linda Elizabeth Swain, 70, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at her home. She was born on September 30, 1947, the daughter of George Thomas Wentworth and Elizabeth D. (Pulsipher) Clements. Linda was a 1965 graduate of Lakeview High School and then attended nursing school at Kellogg Community College.

She was a nurse at Lakeview General Hospital and was then was a hospice nurse at Good Samaritan Hospice Care that later became Bronson at Home Hospice where she retired in 2013. Linda is survived by her Husband of 35 years, Charles Swain of Battle Creek, Michigan; Sons, Tom (Uresia) Wright of Battle Creek, MI, Ken Wright of Battle Creek, MI, Robert (Sarah) Swain of Hart, MI and Michael Swain of Battle Creek, MI; 10 Grandchildren & 2 Great Grandchildren and Sister, Susan (Ralph) Hamilton of NC. She was preceded in death by Parents and her Sister, Patricia Scherrer.

Linda enjoyed camping, reading, holidays with the family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a volunteer for the food pantry.
