LINDA TEVIS SMITH of MILAM, Texas August 12, 1940 – February 1, 2019 Mrs. Linda Patricia Tevis Smith of Milam died Friday February 1, 2019 at a local nursing home. She was born August 12, 1940 in Beaumont, Texas and was 78 years of age. There will be a visitation of family and friends Tuesday evening from 5 till 7 pm at Starr Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be 11:00 am Wednesday at St Pius Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairmount Cemetery. She is survived by her husband Truett Smith of Milam, daughters Julie Topolski and her husband Leonard of Pearland, TX and Stephanie Carroll and her husband Bob of Austin, TX, sisters Gloria Kuritz of Gonzales, LA and Merlene Corley and her husband of Plano, TX, grandchildren Brandon & Trevor Topolski of Pearland, TX and Lauren and Emily Carroll of Austin, TX as well as her beloved cat Brandy.
