BERNAZZOLI, LINO LOUIS, 95 OF DELMONT, PA, FORMERLY OF BRENIZER, PA passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at The Ark Manor Nursing Home, Delmont, PA. He was born October 12, 1922 in Brenizer, PA, the son of the late Louis Bernazzoli and Celesta (Steffanini) Bernazzoli. Lino served in the US Army during World War II.

He was a member of the SS Simon & Jude Church, Blairsville and had recently been attending St. Rose Church in Bradenville. He was a former member of the Blairsville Italian Club, the Blairsville Elks BPOE #406 and also several veteran organizations. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He also enjoyed playing baseball with his great grandson, Trey and traveling with his wife. Lino is survived by his wife of 40 years, Betty (Walker) Bernazzoli, Delmont, PA; step-son, Richard Monticue & wife, Mary, Bradenville, PA; step-daughter, Sandy Pnweski & husband, Steve, Ligonier, PA; grandchildren: Angela Klapchar & husband, Mike, Derry, PA, Suzette Weinell & husband, Mike, New Alexandria, PA; Justine Monticue & friend, Nelson, Canonsburg, PA; Kelly Kalp & husband, Stahlstown, PA; Bret Kalp & wife, Naomi, Stahlstown, PA; 11 Great Grandchildren and Several Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Carlo “Sully” Bernazzoli and sister, Jean Bernazzoli.

In keeping with Lino’s wishes, all services will be private. VFW Post #5821 & the American Legion Post #0407 will conduct graveside military services. Interment will be in the SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
