This incredible man changed my life in so many ways. He helped me to soar as high as the eagles and was truly the wind beneath my wings. At the same time, and with the same gentleness as a breeze, he kept me grounded and became my anchor; my rock.
Those who truly knew Lloyd, knew he was a quite man that had few words to say but when spoken his words were true, heartfelt and sincere. His arms were strong and could make you feel protected and safe. His heart, that huge loving heart that beat so strong until the end, was the most loving, warm, gentle and forgiving heart I have ever known.
His greatest love was his father, by whose side he is now and their family. Very few understood Lloyd. He was a realist that had a sixth sense and understanding of people that many never could comprehend.
Many took his actions and silence as unsociable and uncaring but that is so far from the truth. He had a heart of gold and it was the softest heart I have ever known. Those who truly knew him, although few, understand the sorrow of his passing but the glory of his internal life with his Father.
He is whole, healthy, standing tall and waiting for us to come home.
