Ms. Lorraine’s Obituary Greensboro – Ms. Lorraine “Fatty” Fountain departed this life on Sunday, April 14, 2019. As a native and resident of Guilford County for the majority of her life, she attended the local public schools and was a former employee of UNCG, as an Environmental Technician. Her mother, Shirley Lynn Fountain; a daughter, Latoya Fountain and a grandson, Gary Hall, Jr., preceded her in death.

Survivors are: daughter, Jasmine Lashay Hampton; grandsons, Akeem and Peris; beloved father, Chester Fountain, Sr.; sisters, Teresa Fountain, Sharon Garrison and Tawanna Fountain; brothers, Chester Fountain, Jr. (Kathy) and Shawn Fountain; step-sister, Angela Crawford; fiance, Percy Thomas; special friends, Stephanie Meadows and Ruth Cheek; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from the First Baptist Church, 401 Hubbard Street, Reidsville. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 until 1:00 p.m. at the church.

Her remains are reposing at Johnson & Sons.
