Mr. Louis Dexter Roberts, age 80 of Marion, passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 19, 2018 at his residence. Born in Buncombe County North Carolina on February 26, 1938, he was the son of the late Donald James Robert and Lola Ray Robert. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Roberts will be held on Tuesday October 23, 2018 in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev.

Jimmy Upton Officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
