Kathy O’Steen Blount, age 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. A native of Henderson County, Kathy was born August 13, 1940 to the late Drayton and Lola O’Steen. She is survived by her husband, Charles “Jack” Blount; her daughter, Katrinkia Kaylor Miller and husband Mike, of Marion; and two grandsons, Evan Ford Miller and Michael Eli Miller and wife Rachel, all of Marion; her sister, Helen O’Steen Jones and husband Leslie, of Zirconia, NC; and her brother-in-law, Kenneth J. Harris, of Hendersonville.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018, from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the Chapel of Westmoreland Funeral Home.
