Mr. McNeil is the widow of Mrs. Louise McNeil; the son of the late Mr. Alexander “Sonny” McNeil and Ms. Elizabeth Rivers; the step-father of: Ms. Charlotte Williams, Mrs. Gwendolyn Nelson (Ricky), Ms. Wendy C. Williams, SFC Eunice T. Williams, Mrs. LaTonya Sanders (Leon), Ms. Shanna D. Williams and the late Mr. Edward L. Williams; sibling of: Mrs. Esther Mae Jenkns (Leroy) and the late Ms. Delores Mitchell, Mr. Irvin McNeal, Mr. Nathan McNeal, Mr. Newton McNeal; brother-in-law of Mrs. Lillian McNeal.
