Louise E. (Fontaine) Bieg, age 67, of Southampton, passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday July 11, 2018. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Gerald J. and Irene H. (Storozek) Fontaine, was a 1969 graduate of Holyoke High School, and a 1971 graduate of the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport CT. Louise was employed as a dental hygienist at Valley Dental in South Hadley for more than 40 years.

She had lived in Southampton for 41 years and was an active member of God Is Love Church in Easthampton, where she was a former Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed painting and crafts and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Donald C. Bieg in 1994.

Louise is survived by three children: David Bieg and his wife Kati, Jeffrey Bieg and his wife Brandie, and Lisa Zenchenko and her husband Anton, all of Chicopee; five grandchildren: Sophia Zenchenko, Dylan and Jenna Bieg, and Johnathon and Nicholas Vandal; a brother, Gerald J. Fontaine, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Belchertown, a sister Susan Wojcik and her husband James of South Hadley, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Monday July 16 at 10:00am at God Is Love Church, 285 East Street, Easthampton, MA. Burial will follow at Center Cemetery in Southampton.

Calling hours will be held Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00pm at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke.
