Obituary for Louise “”Tiny”” Jumping Eagle (Garnier) Louise “Tiny” Lillian Jumping Eagle was born on March 2, 1945 at home in Oglala, SD to David and Ellen (Spotted Elk) Garnier. Louise made her journey to the Spirit World in September 30, 2018 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD. Louise is survived by her daughter, Victoria Jumping Eagle of Pine Ridge, SD; son, Verlyn Garnier of Lincoln, NE; siblings, Madeline Terry and Pauline Her Many Horses, both of Oglala, SD and Susan Tail of Cheyenne, WY; grandchildren, Sean (Brandy Eagle Elk) Jumping Eagle, Sheldon Jumping Eagle, Christopher Jumping Eagle, Jordan Jumping Eagle, Brianna Jumping Eagle, Shaneigh Jumping Eagle, Erica Jumping Eagle, Alecia (Jerrel Rodriguez, Sr.) Goings, Casandra (Mark Steele) Goings, Jacelyn Garnier and Kailey Garnier; great grandchildren, Tianna Goings, Tayliah Goings, Jerrel “Jr”.

Rodriguez, Jr., Jodessa Rodriguez, Anthony Steele, Alayciah Steele, Aubriegh Steele, Peyton Narcis-Jumping Eagle, and Jordan James Jr. Jumping Eagle; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Delmas Jumping Eagle; parents, David and Ellen Garnier; daughters, Dawn Sioux Jumping Eagle and Lisa Marie Jumping Eagle; brother, Dirk Garnier; and sister, Christine Wheeler. Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the Makasan Presbyterian Church Hall in Oglala, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.

Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Makasan Presbyterian Church Hall in Oglala, SD.
