Obituary for Luane Lee McGuire Pratt, Kansas – Luane Lee McGuire, 80, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center. She was born August 29, 1937 in Comanche County to Emanuel and Edith (Kindsvater) Huck. On July 29, 1956, she married Raymond McGuire in Buttermilk.

He preceded her in death on December 25, 2011. Luane enjoyed sewing, cross stitching, fishing, camping, prairie dog hunting, riding motorcycles and her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth McGuire of El Dorado, Michael (Traci) McGuire of Pratt and Jeffrey (Paula) McGuire of Parker; sister, Karen Dodson of Kansas City; 19 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Luane was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond;parents; brother, Donald Huck; sister, Terry Sue Kropf; daughter in-law, Brenda McGuire; and great grandson, Andrew Williams. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the book Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.

Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Larrison Mortuary with Ron Moser presiding. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society in care of Larrison Mortuary.
