Obituary for Peggy Jo Crites Sharon, Kansas – Peggy Jo Crites, 81, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Anthony Community Care Center. She was born March 21, 1937 in Crawfordsville, Indiana to Raymond Earl and Dessa P. (Starky) Rutan. On March 25, 1955, she married Eugene Crites in Medicine Lodge.

He preceded her in death in 1997. Peggy was a member of Medicine Lodge Assembly of God. She is survived by her children, Jerry (Paula) Crites of Russell, Larry (Betty) Crites of Danville, Arkansas, Rick Crites of Attica, Gina (Brian) Kristek of Wichita and Lonnie Crites of Anthony; brother, Larry Rutan of Hutchinson; 25grandchildren; and multiple great grandchildren.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; her parents; sons, Toby, Billy and Terry Crites; and brother, Robert “Pete” Rutan. Friends may sign the book Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Larrison Funeral Home, 120 East Lincoln, Medicine Lodge. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Medicine Lodge Assembly of God with Pastor Rodney Worsham presiding.
