Obituary for Luanne Dillard Luanne Dillard, Wynnewood, was born April 26, 1952, to Thomas Franklin and Ruby Ella (Howard) Dillard. She passed away at OU Medical Center on September 13, 2018, at the age of 66years 4 months 17 days Luanne graduated from Wynnewood High School with the Class of 1970. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1976 and began working in the Neonate Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, where she remained for the next 25 years.

She most recently worked at Arbuckle Memorial Hospital in Sulphur, OK, until her retirement in February 2018. Luanne was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Wynnewood. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Dillard, and by her best friend, Faye Buchanan.

She is survived by her mother, Ruby Ella Dillard of Wynnewood, sisters, Lawana Dillard and Linda Dillner, both of Norman, brother-in-law Wayne Dillner, nieces Lindsay Kula, Lauren Kula Wheeler, Madeline Dillner, and Emily Dillner, as well as three great-nieces and one great-nephew. She is greatly missed by her dog, Jack. Services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, September 19, at the Wynnewood First United Methodist Church, 204 South Robberson, with Rev.

Waylon Dancer officiating Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood.
