Lucille M. Arp, 90, of Moline, formerly of Milan, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline. There will be no services for Mrs. Arp. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan is assisting the family. Lucille was born on August 24, 1928 in Chicago, the daughter of Raymond and Marie Pennison Jorgens. She married Gerald Arp on May 8, 1948 in Davenport.

He preceded her in death in 1977. Mrs. Arp worked as an accounting representative at the Quad City Times prior to her retirement. Lucille enjoyed sewing, crocheting and jewelry making.

Survivors include her daughter and sons in law, Patricia and Robert Westpfahl, Milan and Susan and R.D. Robinson, Jacksonville Beach, Florida; grandchildren, Jami, Khristian, Kevin and Curtis; great grandchildren, Allyson, Ryan, Emily, Reid and Riley; and several nieces and nephews. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Margaret Jorgens; husband; and a sister, Mildred Bell.
