Lyle M. “Bud” Lovell, age 92, died June 19, 2018 at his home in Enumclaw. He was born February 18, 1926 in Colome, South Dakota. Bud came out to Washington ahead of his family to work, and later moved his family to Enumclaw from South Dakota in 1966.

He operated his own business selling autos and RV’s. Bud loved to buy, sell and trade! His favorite pastime was to go to the dealer sales and bring back vehicles and RVs to recondition and sell.

He always helped the families with bad credit get into a vehicle or an RV for pleasure or for a home. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending winters at his place in Yuma, Arizona. Bud is survived by his sons, Stewart R. Lovell of Tacoma and Gregory S. Lovell (Jenny) of Lake Tapps; daughters, Lisa A. Lovell of Enumclaw and Tina K. Lovell of Enumclaw; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Lovell on December 31, 2014 and 10 brothers and sisters. Remembrances may be made to: Mom and Me Mobile Medical Clinic c/o M & M Thrift, 1749 Cole St., Enumclaw, 98022. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 15th at 1:00 p.m. at Weeks’ Funeral Home in Buckley followed by a celebration of Bud’s life at the Buckley Eagles.

Inurnment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery at a later date.
