Lyle Corners, 90 year old resident of The Maples at Har-Ber Meadows in Springdale, Arkansas, died Thursday, January 17, 2019, at home. Born March 17, 1928, in Peetz, Colorado, he was the son of Walter D. Corners and Nettie Myers Corners. Lyle lived most of his life in Denver, Colorado where he worked as a Journeyman Pipefitter.

He served in the United States Navy during World War II in the European Theatre. Lyle married Clara Vowles November 8, 1952, and together they raised 3 children. Survivors include his wife of 66 years Clara; 2 sons, Ronald Corners and wife Brenda of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; Gary Corners and wife Victoria of Biloxi, Mississippi; daughter Christine Blanco and husband Larry of Littleton, Colorado; 7 grandchildren; 6 greatgrandchildren; 2 brothers, Bill Corners of Baggs, Wyoming; Darold Corners of Dolan Springs, Arizona; and a sister, Carol Robinson of Red Feathers, Colorado.
