Lynn A. Steinmetz (62) of Toppenish passed away in Yakima on Sunday February 17, 2019. Lynn was born in Toppenish on June 8, 1956 to Everett and Rosemary (Murphy) Dean. She was raised and graduated from Toppenish High School.

She worked for Seafirst Bank as a manager, City of Toppenish, Les Schwab in Toppen ish as a bookkeeper, Western RV and for the most recently for Magic Metals. She loved her animals, her four dogs and horse, gardening, craftwork and visiting with people. She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Clark of Zillah; her parents, Everett and Rosemary Dean of Toppenish; her granddaughter, Satus Tynan of Zillah; two sisters, Kathy Heit of Mesa, AZ and Jody Williams of Toppenish; and three nephews, Joey, Dustin and Ryan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene “Pee Wee” Steinmetz. A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 23, 2018 at 11AM at Heggie’s Colonial Funeral Home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to rezdogrescue.
