Lynn Rogers Dean, 85, of 703 E. Main Street, Walhalla, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019, at her home. A native of Oconee County, SC, Lynn was the daughter of the late Joe T. and Ruth Crenshaw Rogers. She was a retired secretary and musician.

Lynn was a member of College Street Baptist Church. Lynn is survived by her daughters: Misty D. Stephens (John) of Walhalla, SC and Lisa D. Rumler (Mark) of Easley, SC; son-in-law: Jack Owens of Mt. Pleasant, SC; brothers: Ralph Rogers of Royston, GA and Oliver Rogers of Greenville, SC; and six grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her daughter: Betty D. Owens; brothers: Will John Rogers and William K. “Zeke” Rogers; sister: Betty Jo Rogers; and grandmother: Martha Lou “Granny Rogers”. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 15, 2019, at College Street Baptist Church with burial to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30 PM, Friday, prior to the service, at College Street Baptist Church.
