Obituary for Madeline Santiago Madeline Santiago, age 67 of Millville, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Elmer Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Guaynilla, Puerto Rico, she and her family moved to Brooklyn, NY when she was three years old. In 1971, she and her family moved to Millville, making Millville her forever home.

For 20 years, Madeline worked for Pathmark Grocery Store in the seafood department, where she was affectionately known as “The Fish Lady”. In her free time, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Madeline will be sadly missed by her daughters, April Rivera-Warren (Charles Jr.), and Virginia Echevarria, all of Millville; her siblings, Carmen Gonzalez (Ernesto) of Vineland, Mildred Santiago (Mike) of Vineland, Rosa Santiago of Millville, Mario Santiago Jr. (Edith) of Millville, Michael Santiago (Lisa) of Millville, and Michael Walker of Millville; four grandchildren, Charles Warren III, Kevin Holmes Jr., Alijandro Echevarria, and Marissa Warren; one great grandchild Jacob Warren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Mario and Rosa (Diaz) Santiago Sr.; and one sister Minerva Sauro. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2018 in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
