Mandi Louise Lake June 23, 1982 – March 09, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Mandi Louise Lake, 36, of Blanchard, died Saturday, March 9, 2019, at her home. The daughter of Eddie Dean Pietrowicz and Lorri Ann (White) Pietrowicz, she was born June 23, 1982 in Oklahoma City. She attended Minco Schools and graduated from Western Heights High School and was very involved in Home Economics.

Mandi married John Gregory Lake on April 4, 2013, in Blanchard. She was a homemaker and was Christian in faith. She enjoyed raising chickens and loved all types of animals.

In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, knitting, and taking naps. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clyde and Sandy White, Harry and Geneva Pietrowicz, and Steve Harris; and her mother, Lorri Pietrowicz Madison.

Mandi is survived by her husband, John Lake, of Blanchard; four children; her father, Eddie Pietrowicz of Blanchard; four sisters, Marti Mize of Oklahoma City, Christine Camarillo of McKinney, Texas, Summer Farney of Oklahoma City, and Crystal Rose of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; two brothers, Jeff Marlatt of Blanchard and Matthew Pietrowicz of Fort Worth, Texas; her grandmother, Linda Harris of Oklahoma City; and many other loved ones and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 16, 2019, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Minco.
