Marcene Robinson Garrett, 86, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah. She was born on November 29, 1931 in Franklin, Idaho to Wilburn C. Robison and Mable Williams. She married Conrad H. Garrett on January 11, 1950 in the Salt Lake City Temple.

Con passed away in 1996. Marcene was fortunate to have two more husbands, Wayne Doney and Ted Steers. Marcene always enjoyed being with her friends and family, watching her grandchildren play football, basketball, and volleyball and horse roping.

She had a remarkable talent for cross stitching and sewing as well as playing the piano and organ. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved attending the temple with family and friends.

When she was younger she enjoyed playing golf and lived on the golf course for many years. She was an avid sports fan. Marcene was a good and caring neighbor and was very blessed to have such good neighbors that took care of her.

Her neighbors were a part of her family and her grandchildren were the heart of her life. She is survived by her grandchildren Justin (Charlotte) Garrett Barnes, of Clinton, UT; Christopher Garrett, of Weston, ID; Shannon (Dillon) Gourdin, of Smithfield, UT; and her sister Janice Simmons, of Salt Lake City, UT; she is also survived by five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Conrad, Wayne and Ted, and a son Craig Garrett, and two sisters Elaine Hobbs and Donna Winn.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 12:00 noon in the Preston 10th Ward Chapel at 155 North 200 West in Preston. A viewing will be held Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home and Monday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
