1927 – 2019 Jones, Margaret A., 91 Margaret A. Jones (nee Cooper), 91 formerly a resident of Glenolden passed away on February 23, 2019. Ms. Jones was born in Girardville , to the late Bruce and Irene Cooper. She was a 1945 graduate of St Joseph’s High School in Girardville.

She went on to receive her RN from St Joseph’s Hospital in Reading and her BS in Nursing from West Chester University. Margaret was a school nurse for Springfield School District and retired in 1990 after 25 years. Predeceased by husband Islwyn Jones.

Survivors: children, Sharyn (Daniel) Kelley, Carol (Anthony) DeGregorio and Margie Mushlit; 8 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. Funeral Services and Interment: Private In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Aseracare Hospice 10 Zions Church Road , Shoemakersville, PA 19555.
