Margaret Foster, age 95 of Nashville, formerly of Lewisburg, died Monday, September 10, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Foster was a native of Marshall County, Tennessee born May 13, 1923 daughter of Joe and Levenia Gregg Helton. She retired as a supervisor from the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue.

She was a member of the Lewisburg First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cy Foster, two sons, Terry Foster and Gilbert Foster and granddaughter, Dana Lyn Woodward. She is survived by daughter, Peggy (Charles) Blalock of Georgia, two brothers, Bill Helton and Gale Helton of Knoxville, three grandchildren and among those is grandson, Jeffrey Johns Foster of Lewisburg and great grandson, Jarrett Foster, several nieces and nephews.

Among them are Loyd Wortham and Jana Leverette both of Lewisburg. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Middleview Memorial Gardens with burial to follow. No visitation will be held prior to the graveside services.
