Mary Hellan Biega, age 96 of Lewisburg, died Monday, October 22, 2018 at her residence. She was a native of Marshall County, Tennessee born August 13, 1922 daughter of William Clarence and Zora Allen Colvett. She retired from Leonard’s Hospital as a nurse giving loving care to many patients over the years.

She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony “Tony” Biega, brother, William Clarence Colvett, Jr., two sisters, Gladys Ayers and Ruby Colvett, and grandson, Michael Sharp. She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Lewie of Lewisburg, and Emelda (Ronnie) Sharp of Cornersville, son, John Beiga of Lewisburg, sister, Juanita Bearden of Lebanon, three grandchildren, Jennifer (Tim) Stanley of Lewisburg, Clint (Angie) Sharp of Cornersville, and Kris (Amy) Lewie of Spring Hill and seven great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted by Bill Tankersley Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Mars Hill Cemetery. The family will be at London Funeral Home Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for visitation. London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
