Obituary for Margaret Ramsey Osborne CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA – Margaret Ramsey Osborne, 89, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Indian Path Medical Center, Kingsport, Tennessee. She was born in Dante, Virginia; the oldest child of ten to the late Edward and Sarah Steffey Ramsey. She was preceded in death by husband, Elmer Thomas Osborne of 56 years, one granddaughter, Abbi Osborne and two brothers, Bo Ramsey and Pete Ramsey.

She graduated from Dante High School in 1947. She was a 50 year member of the Clinch Valley Chapter #152 O. E. S.. She is survived by one son, Elmer Osborne, Jr., four daughters, Pamela Kellner of Buffalo, New York, Rebecca Branson, Kingsport, Tennessee, Jeannie Bellamy of Castlewood, Virginia and Annette Fields of Castlewood, Virginia; two brothers, Douglas Ramsey of Dante, Virginia and Howard “Skip” Ramsey of Lebanon, Virginia; five sisters, Dorothy Morrison of Bluff City, Tennessee, Jackie Dawson of Melbourne, Florida, Lakie Rose of Coeburn, Virginia, Judy Hendricks of Lebanon, Virginia, and Shelia Rasnick of Lebanon, Virginia; nine grandchildren, Sara Jo Stallard, Missy Bellamy, Stephanie Kellner, Elliott Kellner, John Osborne, Beth Osborne, Heidi Perrigan, Darby Branson and William Thomas Fields; thirteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services and Interment for Margaret Ramsey Osborne will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 31, 2018 at Temple Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia with John Osborne and Elliott Kellner officiating. The family and friends meet at funeral home and leave to go to cemetery at 2:00 p.m., Monday. Pallbearers will be Darby Branson, John Osborne, Elliott Kellner, William Thomas Fields, Skip Ramsey and Jett Wilson.
